SCC HOA

Stone Creek Cove is a great community located on the shores of Lake Hartwell in Anderson, SC. There are 44 completed single family homes and 44 condominium units in three complexes. The community offers access to a great golf course and swimming pool. Walking/Greens Fees for the Golf Course and Pool Memberships are free to all Stone Creek Cove HOA Residents and all members living in the same household, as this is included as an amenity in the HOA dues. (Homeowners must be in good standing.) Memberships are also available to non-residents.

GOLF &
PRO-SHOP

Stone Creek Cove Golf Course is a challenging 9-hole course with five sets of tees (2 for Men, 2 for Women, and 1 for Seniors) to maximize playing 18 holes. The course is a semi-private course that is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Memberships are also available to the public.​

The course was built in 1971. When playing 18 holes from the Men’s tees, the course is a PAR 70 measuring 5,279 yards. The course offers a challenging game for the avid golfer and also a great place to learn the game of golf. Since July 2009, fertilization and a focused maintenance plan have resulted in much-improved playing conditions. The Stone Creek Cove Homeowner’s Association owns and manages the course.

SWIMMING POOL

Stone Creek Cove’s swimming pool is one of the largest pools in the Upstate. The SCC Pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. We also offer Water Aerobic Sessions FREE for all pool members. While the pool is part of the SCCHOA, memberships to the public are available for a nominal, annual fee.

This year, the pool was completely reconstructed with new cement and a white marble aggregate plaster pool finish on the walls and bottom. Additionally, we have added a new baby pool handrail, and refurbished the ladders and filters. We also added an additional gazebo giving us 3 gazebos for shade in addition to the umbrellas. You won’t believe the difference!

CLUB HOUSE

Stone Creek Cove’s Club House’s current tenant, The Local, serves the community, guests, and boaters all year with an excellent menu of dishes and drinks that come mostly from local businesses. Be sure to visit after playing a round of golf or order while sun-bathing at the pool.

DIRECTIONS:

FROM DOWNTOWN ANDERSON: Start out going North on South Main Street. Turn left on W. Whitner Street ((W. Whitner Street becomes SC Highway 24). Travel 5.93 miles, then turn left onto Highway 187 South at Bi-Lo Grocery. Travel 4.3 miles, then turn right onto Providence Church Road. Travel 1.1 miles, then Stone Creek Cove Pro-Shop will be located on your left at the corner of Providence Church Road & Lakefront Drive.

FROM I-85 NORTH (Coming from Atlanta): Take Exit 11. Take a left at the first stop sign coming off the exit. Take a right at the next stop sign and you will be on Highway 24. Follow Highway 24 to Highway 187 South (Bi-Lo Grocery will be on your right). Take a right onto Highway 187 and follow the directions in bold from above.

FROM I-85 SOUTH (Coming from Greenville): Take Exit 14. Take a left onto Highway 187 and go to stop light at Highway 24. Take a left onto Highway 24 and go to stop sign for Highway 187 South (Bi-Lo Grocery will be on your right). Take a right onto Highway 187 and follow the directions in bold from above.
